The facts

In many ways, this is a classic marketing role. The agency works with really interesting businesses in arts, culture, transport and innovation. Interestingly, it has different design service offerings, so there is lots to say to different clients. You are someone who likes to get the stories straight.
 
In terms of marketing content, you will be working with others to generate content, running a calendar and have a clear idea of what should come when. Whether that is case studies, social media (LI) posts, newsletters, website content, podcasts and events. You will very much be able to bring yourself and your opinions to the role and you will have a junior researcher/marketer to assist you. You will work closely with the owners and senior leadership, so you have great visibility and opportunities to see your work recognised.

This could be for you if you have a few years marketing experience under your belt and want to take a step up, or you could be a bit further along in your career, but want to work with a really authentic, straightforward bunch of folk who love what they do. People who go to this agency tend to stay there, so it might feel a bit like a family that you like being in!

They are super clued up on accessibility in digital and spaces, so an interest would make your job more enjoyable (but it’s not essential). A general love of design is certainly going to help.
 
You need to be someone who is happy to go into the office 2 or 3 times a week. You are someone who wants to spend some time with your team and the business’ priorities. They are grown up and flexible culture though, so no presentee-ism here.
